Before You Use The Estimate
Is the online calculator a formal quotation?
No. The calculator uses the published service rates and the measurements you enter to provide a budgeting estimate. Final pricing is confirmed after the project requirements and measurements are reviewed.
Does the wallpaper calculator include installation?
No. Custom seamless wallpaper is calculated at R550/m². Wallpaper installation is priced separately at R160/m, with the applicable installation measurement confirmed when the project is measured and quoted.
Why doesn't the calculator automatically add R160/m installation?
The applicable installation measurement is confirmed from the actual project requirements. Because that measurement basis must be verified before quoting, the calculator does not guess or convert the R160/m rate.
Does the calculator include VAT?
VAT is not automatically calculated by this tool. VAT treatment, where applicable, will be confirmed on the formal quotation.
How is wall moulding estimated?
The online estimator multiplies the wall area entered by the published R600/m² wall moulding rate. Final layout, wall condition and project requirements are reviewed before formal pricing is confirmed.
How is window frosting estimated?
The estimator multiplies the entered glass area by the published R850/m² rate. Final dimensions, access and project requirements are reviewed before quoting.
How are canvas prints calculated?
Canvas prints use fixed prices rather than square-metre pricing. A0 is R1,200, A1 is R900 and A2 is R750. The calculator multiplies the selected size price by the quantity entered.
Can I send my estimate to Signature Wall Coverings?
Yes. Each calculator result includes a WhatsApp option that sends the relevant measurements and estimate so the project can be discussed further.
